Director, Social Services & Innovation, Franklin County

Michelle Lindeboom has been with Franklin County Department of Job and Family Services for more than 30 years – the last two as Director. She began her career with the county as a case manager and worked her way up within the Agency, including stints as Center Director for the East Opportunity Center and Assistant Director. Director Lindeboom has also represented the Agency at the state level with the Ohio Job and Family Services Directors’ Association and with the state departments of Job and Family Services and Medicaid.
