Chief Community Support Services & Partnerships Administrator, Franklin County

Vivian Turner has more than 20 years of experience in the public and nonprofit sector, including the last 12 years with Franklin County Department of Job and Family Services, where she serves currently as Chief Administrator. Prior to being appointed co-lead for FCDJFS in 2022, she served as an Administrative Officer, Deputy Director and Assistant Director. She has played a seminal role in standing up numerous County-funded initiatives, from workforce development programs to the Franklin County RISE early learning initiative.
